Who Qualifies?

  • First Orders Only: This guarantee applies only to your initial Vital Seed purchase (single or multiple bottles).
  • Give It a Try: Use Vital Seed for at least 14 days from shipment to see how it works for you. (Note: Sperm regeneration takes ~74 days, so we recommend 3 months for best results.)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase via email or phone.
  2. Share your order number and why Vital Seed didn’t meet your needs. We value your feedback!
  3. For multi-bottle orders, return any unopened, unused bottles to the address we provide (you cover return shipping). Opened, single-bottle orders don’t require a return.

Refund Details

  • Single Bottle: Receive a refund of 50% of the bottle’s cost, subject to approval.
  • Multiple Bottles: Refund issued only for returned, unopened bottles, up to the full cost of those bottles. We will cover return shipping.
  • Exclusions: Original shipping fees are non-refunded. Refunds exclude opened bottles in multi-bottle orders.
  • Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval and receipt of any returned product.
